Vendor Registration

Join us for the annual Ballard Craft Fair — a community tradition supporting Ballard Baseball and showcasing talented local artisans, makers, and small businesses!

Booth Fee: $150 per booth (Each booth space is approximately 10 foot x 10 foot)

Returning Vendors

We are grateful for our returning vendors and the role you play in making this event a success year after year. Returning vendors will receive priority registration to reserve their booth before registration opens to the public.

Returning vendors have priority registration through July 31, 2026. Any unclaimed booths will be released to new vendors beginning August 1, 2026.

Please watch your email for important dates, registration links, and updates. Be sure to add us to your safe sender list so you don’t miss important information.

New Vendors

We are excited to welcome new vendors! Beginning August 1, 2026, registration will open for all remaining booth spaces. Booths will be assigned based on availability and completion of the registration process.

If all booths are filled, vendors may request to be added to the waitlist.

Important Information

• Booth assignments are finalized through our registration process and cannot be held without payment.
• Booth placement requests will be considered but cannot be guaranteed.
• Booth fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by organizers.
• Vendor communication will be sent primarily by email, so please check regularly for updates.
